I am passionate about cooking and especially finedining. I love to surprise and combine flavors from different cuisines of the world. I don’t like to define my cuisine as ” some “, my cooking is simply what I like to eat myself, a marriage of different flavors and textures.
I lived in the UK for many years, where I had the opportunity to sit down at the table with people from all over the world, to sample and enjoy together what their culinary has to offer.
In my work, I love to take these experiences, aromas and flavors from different cuisines and combine them into a cohesive whole.

From an early age, I loved cooking, which made choosing a culinary career a natural path for me. I have always learned from traditional flavors while simultaneously experimenting and improving what I already know.
For me, cooking is above all about sharing. From an early age, I shared my dishes with my loved ones, and today I have the privilege of doing so for those who visit our restaurant. Fine dining is especially close to my heart, as it allows me to invite guests on a unique journey of flavors and showcase what we do best.
