The restaurant is a new stage in the lives of myself and Karolina who is my partner and sous chef. The Chapter was born out of the need for expression, freedom, the desire to communicate my vision not only of cooking but of the whole experience. This is where we want to welcome our guests, serve our cuisine and the best wines. In the Chapter, we want to share what’s best for us and build memories.

I am passionate about cooking and especially finedining. I love to surprise and combine flavors from different cuisines of the world. I don’t like to define my cuisine as “some”, my cooking is simply what I like to eat myself, a marriage of different flavors and textures.
I lived in the UK for many years, where I had the opportunity to sit down at the table with people from all over the world, to sample and enjoy together what their culinary has to offer.
In my work, I love to take these experiences, aromas and flavors from different cuisines and combine them into a cohesive whole.
